RETURN AND REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
At Supabottle, we aim to streamline the return and replacement process to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following details on how to initiate a return, the conditions for various claims, and the subsequent steps in the process.
1. Notification of Invalid Return:
- If your return is deemed invalid, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange for the item to be sent back to you. You can still avail warranty services if applicable.
2. Attempted Pick-ups:
- For pick-ups, we will make a maximum of 3 attempts. If, after 3 attempts, you fail to hand over the product, your return, replacement, or refund request will be canceled.
3. Conditions of Return:
- Damage: Product does not need to be in new condition but must include all accessories (warranty cards, manuals, tags, etc.).
- Defective (As per brand policy): Product does not need to be in new condition.
- Not as Advertised: Product must be in new and sealed condition.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Product must be intact and in sealed condition.
- Missing Parts/Items: Product must be in new condition; if unsealed, it will be accepted.
- Change of Mind: Product must be returned in sealed condition without being opened.
- Signs of Usage: Product must be returned completely.
- Doubts on Authenticity: Product must be returned with all accessories, including warranty cards and manuals.
4. Product Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service at [support@supabottle.com] or 01648892621 to confirm eligibility for return.
- Provide order number, reason for return, Customer Copy of the Invoice, and preferred return/replacement method.
- Confirm where and when the product should be picked up.
5. Product Inspection:
- Once received, our Quality Control team will check the product against your return form.
- Testing will be conducted to verify the reported issues and ensure compliance with return policy requirements.
6. Duration of Product Retention:
- Products will be kept in our warehouse for 3 months.
- Customers can attempt to receive the product or collect it from our office within this period.
- Failure to do so within 3 months relieves Supabottle of responsibility for the product.
7. Return Mailing Address:
- In case of failed pick-ups, return the product to: House 8, road 5, block A, Basila West Dhanmondi Housing, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
8. Return Processing Time:
- The entire process, including inspection, vendor assessment, and dispatch, takes 7 business days.
- If the vendor requires more time for replacement/servicing due to unavailability of products/parts, additional time may be needed.
Note: The customer must return the product with the original box, warranty cards, and manuals. Without the box, warranty claims cannot be processed.
