1. Smart Water Bottles Warranty:
- For Smart Water Bottles, if the product is not modified, altered, or undamaged (no water damage, falls, breakage, or short circuits due to using a damaged charger), customers are eligible for a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase.
- During this warranty period, customers can claim warranty services for any issues arising from manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
2. Other Products Return/Refund Policy:
- For all other products, customers have the right to return or request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product if it is found to be faulty or there is a mistake in customization from our end.
- The 3-day window allows customers to thoroughly inspect the product and report any concerns related to product quality or customization errors.
